The Best Interviews I've Ever Read
Since giving up my Facebook, I have found a ton of new things to keep myself busy on the internet with these days. My number one favorite so far? Reading interviews.
I hit the jackpot when I found these two gems. The first interview is Dita Von Teese, burlesque dancer and vintage inspired glamour puss, speaking to Into the Gloss (one of my new favorite sites- how am I just now finding it?) about her beauty routine. Hearing someone so flawlessly gorgeous talk about nipple hair is a beautiful thing, plus I sort of feel like a ninja knowing what she keeps in her makeup bag!
The Queens of Comedy hijack the second interview I love which was originally hosted by Glamour magazine with the mission of finding the commandments of sex according to the comediennes. Turns out the Queens were a little too raunchy for Glamour (and by a little I mean this sex talk is THE epitome for raunchiness and hilarity) and it was never released! Adele Givens, Laura Hayes, Mo'Nique and Sommore don't hold anything back and while I can not believe that these ladies are so open (and graphic!) it doesn't shock me at all, it's actually exactly what I want my Queens of Comedy to say about sex. (Warning: The language is pretty profane, so if you're not into that, move right along.)
Take a look, these interviews are definitely worth the read! And, let me know, have you ever read/seen an interview that stuck with you?

Link with Love
I am so in love with the Link with Love campaign that I could burst from excitement.
For several months now, I have noticed a trend of dead or misguided links for Pinterest items. When I first began Pinterest a year ago, the aspect that I loved the most was that for every inspirational, beautiful picture or idea I found, I would also have the original source. Absolutely amazing. Perfect for an internet fiend like myself, who is constantly saving, bookmarking and clipping pictures online.
People work hard on their designs, ideas and art, and Pinterest helps celebrate that but not if these artists don't get credit for their work. Spread the word and start linking with love!
